SE Works' mission is to strengthen the economic health and well being of our diverse southeast Portland community by facilitating successful connections between job seekers and employers.

If you are a job seeker you can participate in pre-employment workshops, write resumes, and search the internet for job leads in the Neighborhood Jobs Center. In some instances, job seekers may be eligible for more intensive training, placement and retention services provided under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA).

Are you a youth, age 16-21, looking for work or academic resources such as high school completion programs, GED preparation, and/or entry into college? At SE Works you can find out how to meet your career and educational goals, and develop new skills that will prepare you for success in the workplace.
